Applications are Applications. It doesn’t matter what particular art we’re discussing, when you see the Elbow Chop Concept implemented (regardless of the nage’s affiliation of style), it is useful and worthy of our consideration.
There is no such thing as a “NGA Only” Application.

Grappling Applications
A couple of things you can never assume ~ which is why grappling skills are important:
#1 That you will read the first attack properly ~ and never get sucker punched ~ or knocked down to the ground.
#2 (similar to #1) That the fight will simply not go to the ground because you prefer to remain standing.
